If you’re looking to create a group for your business on Facebook, you may want to create a Facebook page instead. A group that is for internal use is probably fine, but if you’re interested in having clients become fans of your business then creating a Facebook page is the prefered solution.
Before creating a group on Facebook, you should read the terms of service. Facebook notes that groups that attack a specific person or group of people (e.g. racist, sexist, or other hate groups) will not be tolerated. Creating such a group will result in the immediate termination of your Facebook account.

If you can’t find it, just search “Groups” and the app with pop-up.
